Processing Time All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer international shipping to the EU and worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10–21 business days
- Rest of World: 14–28 business days
Duties & Taxes International orders (including EU countries) may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local VAT upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at hinayacouture@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
